We have the knack to be able to turn distressed companies into highly attractive businesses. Our specialities lie in reputational management, financial management, sales training and coaching and along with it our flair of entrepreneurship.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER?

Our services, unlike many rescue professionals, includes examining ways of reinvigorating businesses to regain and increase lost turnover and margins.

Combined skills in Business, Finance, Technical abilities, with Top Sales and Marketing with the ability to demonstrate proven results. Our success lies in our ability to work with a clear head alongside companies in distress, assess their potential and use our unique skills to recalibrate their prospects, through financial, marketing coaching best practices and virtual sales and client liaison. We are familiar with the law of Business Rescue but believe in exploring all other options. Business Rescue is only recommended as a last resort. We have particularly advanced experience and skills in the arena of digital and social platform marketing which skills we employ to assist distressed companies.

HOW DO WE WORK?

It is important to note that Business Alive works with companies before having to consider the highly restrictive options of Business rescue. And that is our differentiator!

We operate purely through online and virtual platforms. All communication, consultation, reporting, training and power workshops are conducted remotely. That doesn’t make us robots, it helps us to stay agile, and keep costs efficient for our clients.

Previous experience in the financial industry in mergers and acquisitions in SA and offshore. A director of a Big Four accounting firm for 9 years, before setting up successful boutique Corporate finance practice for 17 years.

In my tenure at Top Media and Communications I have been responsible for hosting over 40 awards and in excess of 20 conferences. Skilled in Digital Strategy, Negotiation, Advertising, Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking and Event Management.
